1. Who are we?
Premium Bathrooms.ca is a direct importer and manufacturer of bathroom cabinets. All cabinets are imported from our factory in China.
2. What kind of wood is used in your cabinets?
We are using only solid wood for our cabinets. Please refer to “About our cabinets” section on the main menu for more details regarding environmentally friendly wood we use.
3. Is assembly required?
Our bathroom cabinets come pre-assembled from the manufacturer. This will save you a lot of time and hassle trying to assemble the set at home.
4. What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payments - Visa, Master Card, Debit card, pre-authorized personal checks and cash.
5. What is included in a set?
When shopping at Premium Bathrooms.ca you buy a complete set for your bathroom, which includes: ceramic sink with overflow (under mount or a basin), bathroom cabinet and mirror. Faucets are not included in the set.
6. Do you ship in Canada and USA?
We ship almost everywhere in Canada, except to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. For Newfoundland please call to request a shipping quote. We do not ship to USA at this time.
Premium Bathrooms.ca has an established relationship with one of the reputable and reliable courier company in Vancouver – FedEx. The shipping time is between 5 and 7 business days.
7. How much should I pay for shipping?
You only need to pay $69.00 for the shipping of a single vanity set and $99.00 for a double vanity set. For faucets, the shipping cost is only $10.50 as the pop-up drain will be shipped for FREE, when purchased with a facet.
Even though the shipping cost is different for different destinations and always more expensive, the difference will be covered by us because we want you to have a pleasurable shopping experience with Premium Bathrooms.ca
8. Can I get my purchase delivered?
Yes. We deliver within the Greater Vancouver Area and the Lower Mainland at a cost of $30.00. Please call to arrange the delivery. Expect your purchase to arrive within two days.
9. Where can we see your product?
Premium Bathrooms.ca has a warehouse in Burnaby, BC. You will need to schedule an appointment first in order someone to be present at the warehouse. You can come to see our furniture every day from Monday to Sunday. Location: 110-5589 Byrne Road, Burnaby, BC, V5J 3J1 (Byrne Road and Marine Way).

10. Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
You can definitely do that. Just call 604-808-3067 or e-mail us at sales@premiumbathrooms.ca to schedule the pickup.
11.Do you offer discounts for businesses?
Yes. To find out more about our corporate discount, please contact us.
12.Can I still buy a vanity if it is sold out?
Yes. The website will allow you to make the purchase. The delivery will occur at a later time when the product is in stock.
The availability date is usually shown on the sold-out product page.
